Senior Pastor
Won Kim
Won and his family live on the south side of Chicago. He has been the senior pastor since March 2023 and has over ten years of ministry experience. Won is a licensed minister in the Evangelical Covenant Church and is currently an M.Div. student at North Park Theological Seminary. In his free time, he enjoys watching movies, listening to records, and spending time with friends and family.
Office Administrator
& Local Outreach Coordinator
Erin Douglass
Erin and her two children live in Lombard, IL. She is currently serving as the Outreach Coordinator and Office Administrator at Christ Covenant Church. She is passionate about serving the children and families in her community and has a background in Early Childhood Education. She has four years of ministry experience but has been an active church and community volunteer for many years. In her spare time, some of her favorite activities include being outdoors with her children, drawing, reading, cooking, and going to concerts in the city.
Children’s Ministry Director
Paul Mast-Hewitt
Paul and his family live in Villa Park. He has been the Children’s Ministry Director since February 2018, but has supported the children’s ministry over many years. They have fostered over 50 children over the years, loving them one by one. Paul enjoys running, reading, and writing, but not at the same time.
Youth Director
Peter Lee | Open to applicants
Peter and his family live in Wheaton. He has been the Youth Director since October 2021 and has over 30 years of Youth and Children ministry experience. Peter served in France as a missionary for 4 years and just returned in the summer of 2021. In his free time, he enjoys cycling, watching movies, and spending time with friends and family.
Worship Director
Craig and his family live in Naperville. He became the Worship Director in May 2024. Craig has served the church in various roles as worship leader, in children and youth ministry, and as men’s Bible study/discipleship leader. He recently retired after thirty years as a school psychologist. In his free time, Craig enjoys getting to spend time/converse with family and friends, going on walks with his wife and dogs, singing and playing guitar/bass, and cheering on San Francisco sports teams.
Leadership Community
The Leadership Community (“LC”) is a group of lay leaders voted in by the church’s congregation. Each person typically serves a two year term in a particular role, renewable one more time for up to four years in one role.
